Health & Safety Policy
At Ganzke Construction, we take health, safety and wellbeing seriously on every project we undertake across London and surrounding areas.
Our approach to health and safety is based on compliance with UK legislation, recognised industry standards and best practice. We are committed to ensuring that our work is carried out safely, responsibly and with minimal risk to our workforce, clients and members of the public.
We ensure that all work is planned, supervised and executed with a focus on hazard identification, risk assessment and safe systems of work. All operatives and subcontractors are expected to adhere to our health and safety procedures and to the requirements of applicable UK construction law.
Health and safety arrangements include:
- Regular risk assessments prior to work starting
- Site inductions and toolbox talks for operatives
- Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for all personnel
- Compliance with safe working at height procedures
- Monitoring and reviewing safety practices throughout the project
Our health and safety practices are aligned with guidance from the UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and relevant construction regulations to ensure a safe working environment for everyone involved.
